2.1 Watch Match acts solely as a neutral digital platform to facilitate communication and listing between buyers and sellers of luxury watches.

2.2 We do not buy, sell, own, or hold inventory unless otherwise stated.

2.3 We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or completion of any transaction unless explicitly stated.

2.4 Users acknowledge that Watch Match does not supervise or validate the fulfilment of any sale, delivery, or payment obligations.

2.5 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Watch Match and any user.

3.1 Users shall not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or illegal activities on the Platform.

3.2 Users may not impersonate others, misrepresent information, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

3.3 Any attempt to list counterfeit watches, submit forged documents, or solicit off-platform transactions is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

3.4 Examples of violations include but are not limited to: listing counterfeit items, submitting forged documents, engaging in off-platform solicitation, or impersonating another user.

3.5 While Watch Match enforces rules and takes action upon reported misconduct, the Platform does not actively monitor or pre-approve all user-generated content or behavior. Users acknowledge that Watch Match cannot reasonably detect or prevent all instances of fraud, impersonation, or prohibited conduct in advance. The Platform relies on post-reporting enforcement and user cooperation to maintain marketplace integrity.

4.1 Sellers must ensure all listings are accurate and that they have lawful title to the listed item.

4.2 Watch Match may remove or suspend any listing at its sole discretion if it violates our policies or applicable law.

4.3 Watch Match is not responsible for transaction fulfilment, item delivery, or post-sale disputes between users.

4.4 The Platform does not verify the availability, condition, or title of listed products and provides no guarantees regarding user conduct or transaction outcomes.

4.5 Watch Match does not verify the truthfulness, legality, or ownership of each listing at the time of submission. While efforts are made to detect violations when reported or flagged, the Platform is not liable for user-submitted inaccuracies or fraudulent listings that have not been reasonably identified through internal controls or user reports.

5.1 Watch Match acts solely as a facilitator connecting users with third-party authentication service providers ("Authentication Providers"). All authentication services are performed independently by these providers and not by Watch Match employees or representatives.

5.2 Authentication results are considered professional opinions and do not constitute a guarantee of authenticity or market value. Watch Match makes no warranties regarding the results, and shall not be liable for errors or omissions in third-party evaluations.

5.3 Users agree that authentication may require handling and opening of the watch. Watch Match shall not be liable for cosmetic or mechanical damage, loss of warranty, or value depreciation caused during inspection, except in cases of gross negligence.

5.4 Watch Match does not supervise or control the methods or conclusions of any Authentication Provider. Any claims related to the service must be addressed directly to the provider. Watch Match disclaims all joint liability.

5.5 If Watch Match reasonably suspects any item submitted for authentication is counterfeit, stolen, or associated with criminal activity, we reserve the right to report such incidents to law enforcement and retain relevant evidence.

6.1 Watch Match does not receive, hold, or transfer funds on behalf of users. All payments are made directly between buyer and seller or via mutually agreed third-party platforms.

6.2 We do not offer escrow, payment guarantees, or refund services. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence and assuming all transaction risks.

6.3 Watch Match reserves the right to suspend or terminate users for any breach, including but not limited to counterfeit listings, payment fraud, and impersonation. We may disclose relevant information to law enforcement when appropriate.

6.4 Watch Match may assist in gathering communication records but shall not mediate, arbitrate, or compensate users in the event of disputes.

6.5 Watch Match does not actively monitor all user communications or listings and cannot reasonably detect every instance of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation. The Platform acts in good faith based on information available at the time of use. Unless previously reported or identified through internal reviews, Watch Match shall not be held liable for user misconduct of which it had no reasonable knowledge. The Platform cooperates fully with law enforcement and will provide all relevant records upon legitimate request.

7.1 All content on the Platform, including text, images, software, logos, and graphics, belongs to Watch Match or its licensors.

7.2 You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8.1 The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use is at your own risk.

8.2 We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.3 In no event shall Watch Match be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, business, or profits.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit Watch Match's obligations under applicable laws or its right to report criminal behavior to authorities.

9.1 Watch Match reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

10.1 Watch Match does not offer long-term storage. Any temporary custody is provided solely for transaction coordination and is limited in time.

10.2 We shall exercise reasonable care, but are not liable for damage, loss, or theft during custody, unless caused by gross negligence.

10.3 Normal wear and tear may occur and is not subject to compensation.

10.4 Users must confirm legal ownership before submitting an item. Watch Match may document and photograph items for security and identification.
